Job Description
Job Title: Digital Support Officer
The Role Responsibilities
1. Assist NTB clients to complete the onboarding journey through phone engagement
2. Be an ambassador for SCB’s digital products, promoting these to existing-to-bank (ETB) and new-to-bank (NTB) clients
3. Introduce SCB’s digital products to clients and assist with sign-ups
4. Direct clients to digital channels and assist with usage
Any other duties assigned by Head of Products and Segments and Head of Digital Drive;
a. Retail Banking digital promotion fulfillment
b. Action on fulfillment data shared by the digital analytics team
c. Campaign leads management
d. Client Care Centre support on digital

3. Hands-on knowledge of SCB’s digital products and offerings
