Stellar Property Services: General Construction

Stellar Property Services (SPS), a leading supplier of estate management and general maintenance services, is seeking to recruit a General Construction/Building Foremen for its operation in Takoradi.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the construction and refurbishment services provided by SPS, including:
  • Brick work
  • Ground work
  • Light construction
  • Carpentry services
  • Welding and metal work
  • Refurbishment of existing civil structures

This is full time role and has an attractive remuneration package available to the correct candidate
 Required Skills or Experience

The candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

• HND level qualification or equivalent gained in the construction industry
• Substantial experience gained in a previous role where all of the services above were provided
• Should have a valid driving licence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills gained in a business environment
• Experience of leading a small team to deliver an on time and agreed standard of service
