Job Description
Job Title: HR Coordinator
• To provide support to the HR & Training Manager
• Manage mobilization of all expatriates manage work/residence permit applications of expatriate and dependents at GIS and PC
• Manage employment contracts of all expatriates and provide timely reports on termination, renewal and replacement
• Liaise with line managers on localization of expatriate position and provide succession plan to petroleum commission
• Liaise with headquarters on issues relating to expatriate management
Qualification Required & Experience
• University Degree in Management Sciences
• 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry
• 5 years experience in Human Resource management
