Supreme Trust (Private) Limited (STL), a key associate of Supreme Trust Capital Limited (STCL), is incorporated in Zimbabwe as a private limited liability company under the Companies Act, (Chapter 24:03). STL assists African governments and businesses with the development and financing of projects by structuring and sourcing financing, securing partners for joint ventures and securing suppliers and buyers of goods and services produced on the African continent largely.
STL seeks to contribute to the economic and social development of Africa by assisting governments and local businesses with the financing of projects that will improve the wellbeing of African people.

Job Description

Job Title: REGISTERED GENERAL NURSES

Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
Promotes patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments;
following hospital and nursing division’s philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.

Requirements:

First degree from a recognized and accredited institution
A minimum of 5years working experience.
