Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Human Resources 

Managers in this role get to:

Take the lead:Establish and execute HR strategies to address challenges with performance and employee retention and engagement

Keep Sutherland aligned:Measure and monitor existing policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Four-year post-secondary degree
• Seven to ten years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
• Pro-active approach in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
