The position reports to: Assistant Manager – Sales

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sale of all brands of Tata vehicle parts
- Maintain data on sales trend
- Analyze sales trend and advise management on a weekly basis
- Ensure that the proper stock levels are maintained at all times
- Responsible for reporting all sales activities on a daily basis

Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of HND in Marketing or Engineering or the equivalent with at least two (2) years working experience preferably in an automobile industry
- A degree in the Social Sciences with a minimum of two (2) years working experience
- Must have flare for vehicles
- Good communication skills (Oral & written)
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Able to navigate the internet
- Good analytical skills

2. Manager – Sales
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire operation of the Sales Division
- Assign duties and targets to sales team
- Ensure that sales targets are achieved
- Segment the market for effect penetration
- Implement measures to develop & sustain the market
- Design training programs to equip sales team
- Designing and implementing an attractive scheme for customers
- Roll out media plan as per the plan as well coordinate different media houses for doing media activity

- Conduct a market research and analysis on regular basis
- Segment the market for effect penetration

- Give accurate reports needed for product development
- Carry out perations to achieve product wise target given to his team
- Train & motivate his team on a regular basis
- Give product wise projection on a monthly basis & liquidate the same on monthly basis
- Implement the sales operating process effectively

- Liaise with Banks to arrange financial assistance to customers
- Gather market information
- Responsible for the sales quota as assigned by direct supervisor
- Responsible for reporting all sales activities on a daily basis
- Carry out set number of visits to customers and potential customers per day, week, and month
- Follow all pre-set internal procedures and guidelines specified for the sales Department
- Focus on new sales acquisitions and encouraged all existing services
- Gather and report feedback from end users

6. Assistant Manager – Workshop (PDI)
The position reports to: Workshop Manager:
- Assist the workshop Manager in the performance of his duties
- Closely monitor and ensure 100% implementation of Pre-Delivery Inspection of cars with customer satisfaction as the prime focus
- Manage assigned workshop and manpower to achieve the highest degree of quality
- Carry out thorough inspection of all vehicles and parts and ensure functionality before delivery
- Ensure the highest safety standard is met before delivery
- Keep accurate record of pre-delivery checks of vehicles done
- Carefully listen to customer’s complaints & give accurate diagnoses
- Explain work done and ensure replaced parts are handed over to customer
- Estimate accurately the cost of vehicles brought for servicing
