Job Description

Our client, a new licensed universal bank, seeks to bring on-board exceptional and high performing bankers to join their team of highly qualified, competent and experienced professionals. These positions come with exceptional remuneration

Head, Corporate & Investment Banking Group Job # EB002-1

This is a Senior Manager position

Key Requirements:

Identify and segment target markets and develop strategies for easy penetration
Sign-on key customers in the sectors identified and manage accounts profitably
Develop e-based consumer products to drive liabilities
Provide leadership in a target-driven environment
Positions of Deputy Manager (DM) Job # EB002-2 and Senior Banking Officer (SBO) Job # EB002-3 exist in the unit

Required Skills or Experience

The ideal candidate should be a holder of a first degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper in addition to an MBA
Relevant professional qualification in Accountancy, Banking, etc would be an added advantage
The candidate must easily demonstrate good knowledge of the Ghanaian economy vis-a-vis the banking sector
Must be computer literate
Ability to manage large corporate is key
Strong credit and investment background is required
Knowledge in Energy Finance is a major advantage
Total banking experience must not be less than 16 years with a minimum of 6 years in similar position
Qualifications are the same. For the DM position, candidate should have minimum experience of 12 years while the SBO position attracts minimum 8 years cognate experience
