TechnipFMC, a recently established oilfield services giant, is taking part in development of Ghana’s giant offshore oil and gas project- the Sankofa. However, the company is not dipping its toes in the ocean here, as the work for TechnipFMC will be based onshore.

Job Description

Job Title: Field Service Coordinator

Provides day to day supervision of operations and operational personnel assigned to Tullow and for offshore (i.e. drilling rigs, intervention vessels and FPSO).
Ensures the project is delivered on time, safely and in accordance with Tullow and TFMC HSE policies.
Plans call out of service personnel and equipment based on the rig and workshop schedules as communicated by Customer’s supervisors.
Provides and compiles all the necessary Customer procedures, documentation and drawings for all operations on the vessels and drilling rig.
Supports the FSC in the maintenance of Customer-owned (Company supplied) running tools and equipment including assisting the FSC in ensuring all track record and maintenance history of the tools are captured and recorded.
Supervises TSP’s who will be his direct reports.
Company focal point for QA/QC.
Promotes Company’s culture of continuous improvement and best working practices.
Raises quality notifications, follows up and report status internally and to client.
Receives external or internal audits.
Ensures all documentation packages are signed off and completed, including witness points requiring customer sign offs.
Keeps record of all the completed work instruction packages and ensures they are scanned and filed properly.
Maintains the quality card and improvement program register.
Works with FSC to ensure all shipments have proper documentation packaged, signed and closed prior to shipment.
Tags all inbound and outbound equipment.
Executes Customer’s Quality Maintenance and Inspection Plan (QMIP) with Tullow representative for all equipment shipping to the rig.
Assists onshore personnel with any quality initiative or improvement at the base.
