Job Description

Job Title: Shop Manager

Internal management work for all experience shop groups, external representative experience shop to coordinate various resources in order to promote efficiently and comfortably experience services;

Plan branding activities with local characteristics and implement them through coordination of human and material resources in the context of the established experience theme;

Maintain good care and communication with marketing staff.  Through the cooperation with the business team then explore the needs of marketing personnel, and constantly optimize the customer-oriented, professional customization needs of the experience project;

Recruit trainers, evaluating staff according to business needs, help them to master the necessary skills and get familiar with the operating procedures, reasonably arrange and assign works accordingly  to ensure the effective use of human resources;

Overall management of experience shop facilities and equipment of each venue and display area in order to ensure smooth operation of the shop; handle all kinds of emergencies and contact experience shop public relation representative regarding external affairs;

Responsible for experience shop venue management:  cleaning, equipment maintenance and facilities maintenance work. Report evaluation work to determine the supplier, signing service contract to ensure the good operation of shop facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, more than six years working experience, more than three years of management experience;

With a good communication and organization skills, strong leadership and cohesion;

With a good sense of customer service, can actively respond to customer needs and provide solutions;

With Business knowledge, good at analysis and summary, strong language and writing skills, proficiency in office automation system;

Flexible, sensitive to environmental change, creative and innovative spirit
