• Contacting Tigo Customers in line with specified call centre outbound campaigns and inbound operations.
• Obtaining and recording data accurately on all required customer contacts.
• Meeting specified sales and performance quotas as determined for all campaigns and day to day operations
• Make telephone calls to prospects
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Achieve the revenue target from selling products & services.
• Track, understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
• Attend all briefings
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Tigo products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
• Maintain confidentiality
• Act as a Tigo Ambassador and represent its interests at all times
• Use Tigo script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
• Provide feedback and input for the scripting process
• Record details of opportunities and prospects as required
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor Degree
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Outbound calling or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong telephone manner in English and Twi
• Ability to write accurate follow up notes for business reporting purposes
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate and experience in mobile phone based products
• Knowledge of the telecom industry an advantage
• Mature and stable attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
• Confident, self motivated and results driven
• High personal standard and goal oriented
• Friendly personality and team player
• Customer Oriented
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
