key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement new Tigo Cash Projects:
- Have knowledge on best practices of MFS deployments globally
- Design the overall product and service enhancements and expansions
2. Develop a market strategy for Tigo Cash (including branding, communications, promotions and pricing):
- Based on market research, determine product mix and product evolution
- Define tariffs and commissions
- Plan the ordering and deployment of ATL & BTL materials
3. Design and deploy a distribution network based on the Agent model for Tigo Cash:
- Determine the criteria for agents in the network
- Recruitment and train agent network
- Integrate a quality assurance system into management processes for the agent network
4. Establish strategic partnerships with licensed financial institutions, and other institutions for B2C transactions:
- Assess licensed commercial banks and engage a partner to host the Trust Account
- Engage other institutions tool for the payment partners for Tigo Cash
5. Define functional specifications and lead procurement and implementation of the Tigo Cash system:
- Determine the system vendor
- Define functional specifications
- Lead procurement process
- Manage implementation and testing of system
6. Manage the Tigo Cash service on an ongoing basis:
- Manage P&L and action plan: ensure that the Tigo Cash P & L be implemented
- Manage the key revenue and cost drivers
