Job Title: Administration Coordinators (Northern Region)
JOB PURPOSE
The overall objective is to play a coordination role in the provision of logistical support services for the growth of the company in the territory.

• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all company vehicles within the territory.
• Support the fleet manager in administering the fleet policy at the territory level
• Coordination of local staff travel within the territory
• Ensure proper and timely maintenance of all company building facilities within the territory
• Responsible for proper maintenance of all office equipments and electrical gadgets
• To ensure constant availability of consumable utilities like water and electricity
• Responsible for payment processes for the territory
• Develop and maintain historical records for maintenance activities and hotels utilization
• Manage staff canteen activities for the region
• Responsible for the supervision of all civil/maintenance and renovation works within the territory
• Coordinate all civil works structural maintenance and all related works at offices within the territory.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree or an equivalent educational background (Finance background will be an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years experience in service delivery (practical problem solving role)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
• Practical thinker and good eye for details
• Strong sense of ownership, initiator and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good Problem solving skills
• A stern and strict personality
