Job Description

Job Title: NOC Engineer

Role Purpose

The ideal candidate for this role will be solely responsible for the management of third (3rd) party deliverables for sites and network maintenance. (S)He will take charge of deep dive analysis of problem trends and drive resolution of these problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Following up on Network and Tower Managed Service Partner for alarms exceeding Service Level Agreements;
• Weekly trending and analysis of power, network managed objects and Transmission alarms;
• Administering of shelter and site accesses for Tigo electronic locks;
• Monitoring battery tracking systems and escalating issues to the security department;
• Verifying daily, weekly and monthly Service Level reports from Network and Tower Managed Service Partners;
• Maintaining records of approvals for maintenance activities and component replacements;
• Maintaining updated Master site documents with status of batteries, cooling, shelter, etc.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering;
• One (1) year experience in a related field;
• Must have good knowledge and proficiency in GSM (Basic), Microsoft Excel and Database Management
• Must be a team player and results oriented.
