TFHO currently focuses on socially marketed family planning commodities, Water Sanitation and Hygiene commodities, as well Maternal and Child Health commodities.

Job Description

Job Title: Anchor

Why the Need

As part of initiatives to create awareness and demand for our socially marketed commodities, TFHO requires the services of an Anchor to facilitate/ lead conversations during Secure Girl’s Talk.

This SBCC activity is aimed at empowering young women to have autonomy over their reproductive health and make decisions as to when to get pregnant or prevent pregnancy.

The service of an Anchor is needed to get conservations held at the Secure Girl’s Talk more interactive and participatory

Key responsibilities

1. Drive conservations to make it interactive and participatory
2. Moderate and coordinate consumer engagements
3. Be a Role Model to students
4. Support TFHO with technical ideas to make SBCC activity better.

Required Skills or Experience

Key competencies required

• Must have a bachelors degree or higher in relevant study
• Must have Journalism or Media training with at least 3years  progressive  work experience in live shows
• Must have interest and passion in Social and Health related works
• Must be able to speak at least 3 other Ghanaian languages
• A track record of executions/works
