Job Purpose/ Responsibilities / Key Objectives: | To deputise for the Project Director in-Country Advertisement To represent the TRP project in-Country To assist the PD in the interfaces with JV Partners and Ghana stakeholders To ensure seamless coordination and integration with TGL Development and Operations and IPE Manage the transition of the executing team to Ghana |

Person Specification | |||
Education and Experience: | Degree or degree equivalent
Facilities, marine or engineering disciplines Extensive experience in offshore oil and gas development including significant brownfield work |

Skills: | Delivery of offshore brownfield projects in an offshore Safety Case oil and gas environment with strong multi-disciplinary skills
Outstanding communication skills in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment Strong influencing and relationship building skills Strong team player and collaborative style Strong business value skills – drive for holistic business value Extensive experience of dealing with JV Partners and Government officials at senior levels |
