Job Description

Job Title: HR Officer

Job Responsibilities

1. Preparing monthly attendance and overtime reward monthly.

2. Checking and creating personnel files for the new staff

3. Preparing probationary confirmation .

4. Preparing the formal confirmation when staff passes the probation.

5. Updating recruitment records on weekly basis

6. Preparing notice of company and dept.

7. Writing letters about employee issues.

8. Handling complaints and grievances from employees

9. Other duties assigned by the HR Manager

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications :

Education & Training
A degree or equivelent professional qualification in a Business related field
HR Management or Business Administration preferred
An HR related certification will be advantageous

Communication skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, able to effectively manage conflict situations, able to work collaboratively with other Heads of Department and staff.

Computer Skill :

Excellent in Microsoft Office
