Job Description
Job Title: Shopper Marketer, PC
Job Accountabilities/Fundamentals
· Develop bespoke shopper marketing plans for Strategic customers, driven by always-on fundamental Jobs-To-Be-Done around marketing plans e.g. Beauty Channels
· Shopper insight led Point of Sale Materials and assortments, introductions & shelf planograms by customer (developed)/ channel (emerging)
· Customer Collaboration Centers to drive JBP through shopper insights, analytics and opportunity identification together with the Field Sales Team
· Promotion & pricing guidance (Net Revenue Management) – strategy and price positions, for a customer / channel in collaboration with CD Excellence Team
· Define Perfect store standards (1 pager), drive Core of the Core with customers
key performance Indicator’s
· Category growth and Market shares
· Share of shelf, share of assortment, quality of distribution
· 1 pagers created and implemented
· Customer profitability/ service levels / on shelf availability
