Job Position: Program Executive and Business Analyst

Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

• Supporting the HR Director for West Africa as well as other senior level executives in coordinating and executing all aspects of the transformational change progam which is branded “become the best you can be “This includes program coordination, activation of events and activities and management of communication in close collaboration with internal communications.
• Develops an in-depth understanding of the Unilever business in all aspects as a subject Matter Expert so as to be able to fully support the MD, Ghana and Vice President West Africa on business related activities.
• Collating and analyzing industry market trends and proactively suggesting solutions on related business issues of concern for onward implementation.

Main Accountabilities

• Co manage the complete transformation program with the HRD and broader LT ensuring that all planned activities do take place.
• Assist the MD and VP of UWA on a variety of business related queries and business presentations.
• Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
