Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

Specification

Minimum of first degree with Second Class lower division.
Credit in Mathematics and English in WASSCE/SSCE/O’level
Minimum of eight years experience in branch operations a bank.

Requirements

Manage Branch Operations activities (Cash Management and Customer Service)
Supervise activities of operations staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers
Promote business development by ensuring the sale of Digital Banking and Retail products
