Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Development And Estate Manager (Engineer/Planner/Surveyor/Land Economist)

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Assistant Development and Estate Officer shall assist the Development and Estate Officer in the overall administration of the Development and Estate Office and functions

Job Specification/Requirement

• Staff in this grade shall be required to show high qualities of sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, precision and professionalism in their area of specialisation.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Applicant must have a minimum of Masters’ Degree in the Built Environment or relevant areas of study PLUS
Relevant Professional Qualification with at least two (2) years post-qualification experience as Junior
• Assistant Development Officer in tertiary education institution or comparable grade in a similar institution.
