1. Branch Manager
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Branch Manager with UT Bank in Takoradi, Kumasi and Accra.
Key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Plan, organise, control, lead, and effectively communicate with the branch’s human resources to achieve set goals
- Establish good rapport with customers to uphold positive image of the Bank and ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Market products and services; and co-ordinate the branch marketing programme
- Ensure operational efficiency, prudent cost management and improve branch profitability
- Vigorous Deposit Mobilisation
- Ensure compliance with rules/policies/procedures/standards
Required Skills or Experience
Technical Competencies:
- Minimum of a 1st Degree in a business related field from a recognised institution. Professional Qualification in ACIB and/or a 2nd degree in a business related field will be an added advantage
- 6 years relevant branch banking experience (2 of which should have been in a managerial position)
- Sound knowledge of banking laws and practices
- Competence in analysis of financial information and forecasting
- Excellent presentation skills
- High marketing/selling proficiency
- Superior people management skills
Personality Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Possession of a high sense of integrity
