Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

JOB PURPOSE

Acquiring new business and deepening existing customer relationships by working with customers to help make the right decisions with their businesses while explaining the financial services to them. Effectively executing lending and deposit sales, Balance sheet, P& L, maintaining operational efficiency while providing the appropriate service standards in order to achieve the bank’s objectives as stated in the job description.

EXPERIENCE TO RUN THE BUSINESS SUCCESSFULLY

•   Planning/execution skills
•   Minimum of a 1st Degree in a business related field (3 of which should be in managerial position). A 2nd degree in a business related field will be an added advantage
•   Minimum 5 years experience cross industry/banking
•   Strong knowledge of balance sheet management
•   Strong understanding of industries, sectors and organizations
•   Strong knowledge of credit principles and best practice
•   Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance
•   Consistently delivered profitability targets for a minimum of 3 years
•   Entrepreneurial with high business acumen
