Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibility for this position is Management of Properties including but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and manage budget for properties assigned
  • Prepare and ensure adherence to maintenance plan for properties assigned
  • Submit quarterly reports on properties assigned
  • Tenancy Management – Collection of rents, review lease agreements, etc
  • Procure and manage office furniture for all Subsidiaries
  • Ensure and maintain health and safety standards in properties assigned
  • Procure and manage Service Providers
  • Prepare and maintain asset register for plants and equipments


Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy or Facility Management with at least three (3) years relevant years experience
  • Sound knowledge of the local property terrain
  • Adept at Microsoft Office suite and a fair knowledge in any Facility Management Software
  • Ability to work long hours with minimal supervision
  • Must possess a high sense of integrity
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be someone who pays attention to detail
