Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibility for this position is Management of Properties including but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and manage budget for properties assigned
- Prepare and ensure adherence to maintenance plan for properties assigned
- Submit quarterly reports on properties assigned
- Tenancy Management – Collection of rents, review lease agreements, etc
- Procure and manage office furniture for all Subsidiaries
- Ensure and maintain health and safety standards in properties assigned
- Procure and manage Service Providers
- Prepare and maintain asset register for plants and equipments
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy or Facility Management with at least three (3) years relevant years experience
- Sound knowledge of the local property terrain
- Adept at Microsoft Office suite and a fair knowledge in any Facility Management Software
- Ability to work long hours with minimal supervision
- Must possess a high sense of integrity
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be someone who pays attention to detail
