Job Title: Product Assistant
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented product assistant with a Problem-Solving mindset.
The Product Assistant will be responsible disseminating information on product updates, testing product functionality, and conducting research.
Assisting in the communication between product management and sales teams— to facilitate awareness of new product developments, launches, updates and other information sales teams need to be aware of.
Participating in developing and documenting User Stories, including testing estimates and validation tests
Partnering with the developers/engineers to ensure all areas of the application are fully tested and issues are clearly logged and prioritized consistently
Certifying functionality for new product feature releases
Providing exploratory testing to understand the feature and how it is implemented, to find additional or unexpected behavior, and to refine and define additional test cases for the feature
Acting as the entry point for the Help Desk to provide an initial review and assessment of reported product anomalies & bugs.
Gathering data for competitive intelligence reports
Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
