Job Description

Job Title: Senior General Service Officer

Job Purpose

•   To supervise and coordinate the general maintenance of company’s premises including residential accommodation in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Activities:

•   Supervise the performance of service contractors to ensure they provide the expected service as provided in the contract
•   Handles contract administration including responding to requests for variations and claims
•   Deals with problems arising in connection with execution of purchase orders / works
•   Handles the certification of invoices
•   Performs liaison activities between Companies – Contractors / Suppliers to resolve all issues related to commercial and operative aspects that office and household equipment are properly maintained

Main Responsibility

•   Effective resolution of Contract issues, handling of claims and variations during the execution of the contract.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Accredited University degree in Land Economy, Social Sciences or similar
•   Master’s preferable
•   3 years work experience
•   Excellent oral and written English
•   Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook
