Job Description

Job Title: Alternative Channels Business Manager

Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
Acquisition

• Responsible for leading and directing the alternative channels acquisition agents to achieve set sales targets
• Responsible for driving acquisition with a T1 of 90% ,T2 of 75% ,T3 of 60%
• Monitor and track the performance of team and taking corrective measures where necessary to ensure the achievement of set targets
• Responsible for growth of third-party electronic sales in assigned regions
• Responsible for the development of Vodafone cash merchants in the modern channel in assigned regions
• Responsible for recruiting 3rd party phones shops to drive the growth of smart phones onto the Vodafone network
• Responsible for partnerships to drive digital sales and acquisitions in the assigned regions

Technical And Professional Qualifications
The candidate must have a First Degree in a Sales or Marketing related field.He must have demonstrated a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a challenging working environmentPrior experience in the telecoms industry is an added advantage but not a requirement
