Job Description

Job Title: Provisioning & Roaming Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provisioning of MDP numbers
2. E – PINS Generation
3. Voucher Generation
4. Reseller provisioning/Crediting
5. Execute reconciliation done by RA, VAS team and IN team
6. Implementation/Provisioning of APN
7. Ireg testing with VRS and other networks
8. Implementation of roaming request on HLR
9. Resolution of roaming issues
10. Crediting request (Auto recharge)
11. Generation of input files
12. MSISDN management
13. Starter pack provisioning

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS

• Must have at least 4 years’ experience in Mobile telecommunication services
• Excellent knowledge Roaming will be advantage
• Good knowledge of database management tools( SQL, Oracle ) as well as security applications
• Good communications and presentation skills.
