Job Description

Job Title: Postpaid Billing Analyst

Key Accountabilities

Manage and maintain the Mediation and Service Provisioning Platforms
Implement new rule changes on mediation and provisioning platforms.
Ensure CDRs are received from Core Network nodes, processed by mediation platform and delivered to downstream systems
Manage and maintain the Provisioning system to ensure provisioning requests are successfully sent to the appropriate network elements (HLR, IN, CBS, NGN, etc). Provisioning failure rate should be <1%
Manage and monitor the integration of all 3rd party systems and payment platforms integrated with the billing systems
Ensure the timely delivery of CDRs to the following systems (BI, RAID, FMS, Syniverse)
Manage and maintain the following systems: LBI, I2000, NBU and Roaming Server
Manage the timely delivery of NTRDE roaming files to roaming data clearinghouse (DCH)
Key Competencies

Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Telecom, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
Minimum 3years experience in billing or convergent charging, preferably in the telecommunications sector
Medium to high-level expert in telecom mediation processes and other billing concepts
Understanding of convergent charging and intelligent networks
Intermediate to advance knowledge in SQL or UNIX
