Job Title: Product & Pricing Manager

Role Purpose

•    Drive the development and execution of the road map
•    Own and manage the USSD and Mobile Applications experience of Vodafone Cash, to ensure the products, services, changes, and upgrades executed efficiently
•    Work with the market Delivery Manager to drive commercial rationalisation of the service roadmaps balancing requirements from each product by prioritizing them
•    Align with other markets on best practice for product development and pricing strategies
•    Ensure products are adequately priced and positioned to the maximum benefit of the organization and own and manage the tariff and charge profiles
•    Drive business development with relevant 3rd parties, negotiate key commercial and product terms and support legal on contracting
•    Actively research on offers from competition and propose counter or offers suitable to customers
•    Liaise with the Customer Experience Manger and relevant stakeholders, to ensure all products are tested monthly and functioning as desired
•    Co-develop launch and go to market plans with external product managers and relevant teams to drive uptake and engagement
•    Drive the adoption by working with relevant teams to design offers and promote them through approved channels
•    Be a customer advocate, drive superior customer experience via customer journeys based on customer need, define acceptance criteria for every customer journey
•    Rally product creation colleagues to drive timely results – developers, business analysts, architects, delivery managers, operations support, etc
•    Co-create products and services to support the merchant, agent and organisational space. Drive a relentless focus on the feedback loop and performance to refine product offerings and the execution approach
Core Competencies
•    >3 years of professional experience with at least 3 years of product management at a fintech, bank or other relevant digital business
•    Strong knowledge of mobile money, fintech and financial services
•    Keen understanding of product lifecycle & software/mobile development
•    Experience with Agile/Lean management
•    Analytical bent of mind, structured thinker with strong business acumen
•    Results-driven self-starter
•    Solid influencing and negotiation skills
Technical and Professional Qualifications
•    3 years’ experience in the Mobile Financial Services industry
•    Digital product management or relevant experience
•    Strong knowledge of Fintech and Financial services
