Job Title: Health & Safety Specialist 

Role Summary

To support Health & Safety culture across the organization and partners and to ensure Vodafone employees and business partners are provided with an admired workplace and a safe working environment achieving zero fatality and property loss.

To ensure the market perception of the Vodafone brand is associated with health and safety, and to promote Vodafone as the telecom industry leader.

To support company management in the decision making process with regards to risks associated with the business and related activities,

To plan, develop, implement, control, coordinate the safety and continuously improve the health safety and wellbeing component of personnel, materials, equipment, and environments to achieve safety effectiveness for the business.

Qualification

A degree in Engineering, Sciences

At least 5 years applicable experience in HSW role

Minimum requirement in NEBOSH IGC,

Knowledge in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001:2007

Member of a professional H&S body

H&S Technical background
