Job Description
Job Title: SME Sales Manager – Indirect & Retail Channel
Role Purpose:
Manage SOHO Sales acquisition in VBS.
Recruit and manage Indirect Channel Partners in the SME & SOHO space in VBS.
Optimization of Retail channel.
Planning and Executing sales activities for Indirect channel partners in regions.
Planning and Executing G2M activities aimed at driving SOHOs acquisitions by CBU Zones in the regions, meeting Vodafone Business objectives whilst mitigating risk.
Leading the Personalisation team to achieve leads generation sales and varied commercial KPIs/targets.
Report to Head of SME on activities of sales team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to offer a clear direction for the Indirect Partners, Retail, SME and SOHO team in the business.
Technical Expertise:
Essential:
Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant experience in mid-management level.
Proven sales experience Telecoms/ IT related service experience
Good people management capabilities
Proven experience in customer-facing environment
Computer literate (Excel and Power-point) essential.
Desired:
First Degree preferably Telecom/Business Management/B.Com
Postgraduate business qualification
Confident and Trustworthy.
Stakeholder management,
Channel development, Fixed Broadband, Fixed Lines and Mobile Solutions sales experience.
