Job Description

Position Title	:	Operations Executive
Level	:	L 9/L 10
Reports to	:	Operations Head / Cluster Head / Zonal Head
Function	:	Operations
Location	:	Central place of the territory alloted to the Incumbent

Basic Data	Functional description
	An Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency of three [3] grids comprising of 12 plants

	External to WHG		Internal to WHG
			[(Zonal Head, Cluster Head, Head)-Operations Dept], CART, Cluster Head(other Functions)

	1	Responsible for WHC operations and maintenance		Full
	2	Ensure minimal plant break down		Full
	3	Train the operator on plant operating procedures		Shared
	4	Conducting regular service audits and ensuring operator complies with all the processes laid down		Full
	5	Ensure reduction in wastage and Operations and Maintenance Cost		Full
	6	Increase and maintain RO recovery at ≥60%/70% as per guidelines.		Full
	7	Maintain and track inventory for the assigned grid		Full
