Job Description

Position Title	:	Executive/Sr Executive – CART
Level	:	L10/L9
Reports to	:	Cluster Head – CART
Function	:	CART
Location	:	Respective district as alloted (responsible for handling a grid (4 Plants)

Basic Data	Function description
	A Relationship Executive is responsible for a grid comprising of 4 -6 plants

	#	Tasks
	1	Increase volume and revenue by acquiring new consumers for OTC and Delivery		Shared
	2	Implement policies and processes of delivery		Shared
	3	Responsible for training and monitoring operators and DSPs		Shared
	4	Responsible for building consumer relationship		Shared
	5	Tracks revenue for each plant on daily basis and ensuring the same is recorded in the DCR		Full
	6	Conducts awareness programs in the community		Full
	7	Executes Marketing activities to increase revenue		Full
	8	Implements and drives discipline, systems and processes in the assigned territory		Shared
	9	Ensure cleanliness and hygienic conditions are maintained at WHCs at all times.		Shared
	10	Conduct routine checks on the plant performance and report any technical issues to SEVA		Shared
	11	Arrest all leakages in the initial stages or ensure the problem is attended by the Operations Executive.		Full
	12	Responsible to drive operational excellence and profitability of the WHC		Shared
	13	Maintain inventory of cans and other consumables.		Shared

Qualification and Experience	Education: Graduate or Preferably MBA

	Freshers or minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience in sales and distribution of FMCG /Telecom with emphasis on rural sales and distribution

Next Level	Based on his performance an he can be promoted as Sub- Cluster Head CART
