Technical Operations Manager will be accountable for managing day-to-day IT Operations while proactively leading the optimization of the infrastructure environment. Primary objectives will include improving: technology capabilities and monitoring, performance, end-user satisfaction and cost structure.

Provide leadership in planning and managing data center operations, network operations, end user services, production support, systems and database administration.
Deploy IT resources to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic goals. Develop, deploy, and improve full spectrum of IT operations processes. Implement IT continuous improvement programs on an enterprise basis. Ensure consistent delivery of service.
Establish performance metrics and service level agreements to ensure customer needs are being properly met. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing results with the organization and customers as appropriate.
Be responsible for planning, tracking, and forecasting the Company’s Operations financial budget.
Partner with the CEO to create and further operational strategies to ensure that the infrastructure has the capability to support new technologies and maintain high levels of network performance and reliability.
Work closely with Delivery Teams to plan and deploy projects.

Required Skills or Experience

5+ years of experience in managing people
5+ years of experience in Technology Operations / Infrastructure Management with responsibility for all aspects of the infrastructure (data centers, network, end user, platform Management, help desk and production support)
5+ years of experience in Information Technology
Strong customer focus with the ability to build effective relationships and establish trust, respect, and confidence
Ability to quickly and creatively analyze and provide solutions to complex challenges
Unquestionable ethics and integrity with assertiveness, presence, and self-confidence
