Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Qualification & Experience

  • Must be computer savvy
  • Must have knowledge of transaction Management
  • Client database management
  • Social media marketing
  • Marketing tasks and campaigns
  • Be able to do write ups for MLS, brochures and ads
  • Obtain and input new listing information in Bright
  • Email marketing and management
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a professional, efficient and consistent manner
  • Assist with daily administrative functions
  • Must be capable of running errands, installing signs when needed
  • Must be computer savvy and be able to create and update website changes
  • Must be able to interact with clients and service providers as an extension of the Agent.

Job Requirements:

Advertisement

Degree/HND/MASTERS. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
