The Role: A high-level position reporting to the MD, the role will provide technical services in the context of the Sisili-Kulpawn Project in Northern Ghana while liaising between SADA and other stakeholders in the field of irrigation and water conservation practices. He or she will be required to review and finalize general technical procedures, Terms of Reference and methodology for the Project design and implementation. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide technical guidance, and support the integration of acceptable standards for environmental and social aspects in the Project design and throughout implementation.

The Role: A senior managerial level position reporting to the General Manager, the role will coordinate and ensure the successful running of operations of Masara N’Arziki.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related discipline; Additional qualifications in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related discipline; Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in a similar role; Strong leadership and management skills; Strong computer skills; Sensitivity to cultural diversity and the ability to engender cooperation from diverse constituents; Ability to communicate in local dialects.

Duty Station: The successful candidate will be stationed in Tamale.
