The Role: Reporting to the General Manager, the Agronomist will organize small scale farmers and outgrowers, and assist them in solving problems encountered in the cultivation of their crops.

Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture; At least 8 years overall experience in a similar role; Demonstrated track record of success in engaging with and educating farmers; Proven expertise in managing small scale outgrowers and farm groups; Broad base technical knowledge of the agronomy of different crops; Strong leadership skills; Sensitivity to cultural diversity and the ability to engender cooperation from diverse constituents; Ability to communicate in local dialects.

Duty Station: The successful candidate will travel extensively within Ghana.
