ProCredit has been operating in Ghana since July 2002 and currently has 24 branches nationwide with more than 650 employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Render legal opinion on matters affecting the business of the Company<br \/>\nIdentifying and analyze legal developments (monitoring changes in legislation), notifying and guiding Procredit accordingly<br \/>\nMonitor the quality of all contracts and the registration of contract documents<br \/>\nLegal defense of ProCredit<br \/>\nRegister all collateral agreements<br \/>\nLoan recovery and legal prosecution<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LLB Degree\/BA degree plus BL from Ghana School of Law<br \/>\nAt least 1 (one) year practice as a lawyer<br \/>\nGood knowledge of the Ghanaian labour law<br \/>\nExcellent knowledge of the English Language<br \/>\nGood knowledge of business and management principles<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer an interesting and challenging work opportunity in a dynamic, international environment characterized by flat hierarchies.
