ProCredit has been operating in Ghana since July 2002 and currently has 24 branches nationwide with more than 650 employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Internal Auditor will work as part of a team and as well on individual internal audit assignments. He\/she should be able to diligently perform any other related duties assigned to him\/her by a supervisor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Systematically and logically analyze information<br \/>\nProduce a precise and clear documentation of observations and findings which demonstrate a good understanding of the issues and their origin<br \/>\nDevelop and document appropriate recommendations in cooperation with more experienced team members<br \/>\nUnderstand major factors underlying business performance, both internal and external<br \/>\nParticipate in the discussion of audit results with respective branch\/unit\/department managers as well as General Management<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Undergraduate degree or Higher National Diploma (preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics)<br \/>\nMinimum of 1 year relevant work experience i.e. internal or external auditor, positons in risk management (market, operational or credit) and information or IT security in a financial institution<br \/>\nProfessional studies &#8211; ICA, ACCA, CIMA, and\/or CIA will be considered an advantage<br \/>\nGood command of English language (spoken and written)<br \/>\nGood command of Microsoft Office applications<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer an interesting and challenging work opportunity in a dynamic, international environment characterized by flat hierarchies.
