You required to:<br \/>\nTo lead the key engineering agendas in Guinness Ghana and shape strategy in<br \/>\nSafety in all engineering activities<br \/>\nThe journey to Asset Care excellence<br \/>\nUtilities and Energy Management<br \/>\nEnvironmental Management and Performance Improvement<br \/>\nEngineering Standards and Systems<br \/>\nEngineering Capability Development<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Degree in mechanical, electrical or maintenance engineering<br \/>\nTwo years maintenance leadership experience<br \/>\nTwo years Asset Care leadership experience<br \/>\nProject Management experience for major multi-disciplined project execution<br \/>\nExtensive and acknowledge expertise in maintenance and operation of packaging line, utilities plants and liquid food processes and including major maintenance interventions and problem solving<br \/>\nTraining experience and trainer qualified.
