You will be required to:<\/p>\n<p>Understand GRMS requirements in packaging operations and ensure requirements are met<br \/>\nChampion improvement initiatives in the department and ensure that the desired outcomes of such projects are delivered successfully<br \/>\nLead the problem solving agenda in the team<br \/>\nSupport the development of packaging training materials to fit with requirements of the site<br \/>\nManage change successfully across cross functional teams<br \/>\nSupport effective execution of world class plant maintenance and build capability within packaging department<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>UniversityDegree in engineering or science<br \/>\nDetailed and in depth understanding of packaging operations best practice in high speed packaging environment<br \/>\nExpert manufacturing management principles and techniques in packaging and perfect plant Good knowledge of business, great network and relationships<br \/>\nAnalytical problem solving and auditing skills. Basic training skills.
