Our clientele ranges from big, medium to small-scale business and organizations as well as private individuals across the country.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will report directly to the Technical Manager<\/p>\n<p><em id=\"__mceDel\"><strong>Key Duties and Responsibility:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Provided resolution to technical\/ administration issues for customer subscribed services through ticketing system.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of systems, programs, hardware and software.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot the backbone network and last mile canopy network.<\/li>\n<li>Work on Cisco related backbone tasks and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and maintain network equipments, appliances and server clusters.<\/li>\n<li>Install and configure Cisco and other routers, appliances and servers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain documentation on charges or additions made on the network, prepare training material, and develop operations procedure in consultation with Head of department.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot the client service related issues remotely or onsite to his\/ her best capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications, Competences and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum degree in computer science or related field in IT plus CCNA\/ CCNP\/ CCDA\/MCSE\/ MCT certified<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing multiple systems and IT disciplines like software, technical support skills, network cabling etc.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years hands on experience in Networking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specialized Technical Skills required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Knowledge of Network troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of installation and configuration of Cisco routers, mail, Antivirus, Firewall and sniffing applications.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage local\/ wide area network.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Qualified candidates should send their resumes to:<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"mailto:.salesjobs@teledataict.com\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">resume@teledataict.com<\/span><\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"mailto:.salesjobs@teledataict.com\"><br \/>\n<\/a>In return for your contribution, we offer a competitive remuneration.
