Mantrac Ghana recruits <strong>Technical Communicator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duty Post: Goldfields MARC, Tarkwa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Outline:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo provide technical support for MARC Operations, ensuring documentations is complete and utilized to improve equipment performance and contract health and to provide a liaison channel between the MARC and Group Technical Support on all technical issues, providing a two way communication to resolve product problems<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Technical reporting and Data entry; documentation of failures and failure analysis, accurate entry of SIMSI information &amp; managing a PPM register<br \/>\nStaff training on technical documentation &amp; quality training<br \/>\nLiaise with the Account Manager in training needs assessement for Technical training<br \/>\nWork with the Reliability Analyst &amp; Maintenance Planner to introduce technical improvements to maintenance strategy<br \/>\nMaintain a portfolio of available and implemented Caterpillar best practice. Ensuring awareness is raised in all potential improvements<br \/>\nLiaise with supervisors to gather all faults\/failure that needs follow up<br \/>\nTrack all service letters introduced and report on percentage compliance of PIP, PSP completions, use SIS, CPI and various CAT Websites to identify known technical issues<br \/>\nRemuneration: Exciting salary package awaits the successful candidates<br \/>\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preferably, but not an essential, a University Degree\/ HND preferably Mechanical, Agric or Mining Automotive, Engineering, CAT Apprenticeship, City &amp; Guilds Instructional Techniques, FTC minimum<br \/>\nExperience and Skills:<br \/>\nMust have at least three years post qualification CAT\/Earth Moving Heavy Equipment repairs and Maintenance\/Administration experience<br \/>\nAn experience in Catepillar Field Service would be considered an advantage<br \/>\nMust be prepared to work for long hours and weekends when the need arises<br \/>\nMust be prepared to work in noisy and dirty environments<br \/>\nMust be capable of working with little or no supervision<br \/>\nMust be prepared to work in a mining environment<br \/>\nStrong MS Office Background (Word and excel)<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\nA Good Maintenance planning background<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested persons should mail their applications and CVs with full address including the fastest means of contact to the address below:<\/p>\n<p>The Human Resources Manager<br \/>\nMantrac Ghana Limited<br \/>\nP.
