Kwaebibirem Rural Bank Ltd<\/strong> in the Eastern Region is looking for qualified persons for the position of:\u00a0Administrative Officer.<\/em><\/p>\n

This is a Senior Management Position that seeks the general operational aspect of the Human Resources and Administrative functions with the view of providing the administrative assistance required and ensuring that appropriate skilled people are available to undertake the roles necessary to meet current and future needs of the Bank.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To supervise the general Office Administration Functions<\/li>\n
  2. To provide comprehensive human resource services for the Bank, performance management, succession plan development and training, disciplinary advice, grievance resolution and compensation management<\/li>\n
  3. To establish and monitor agreed controls and procedures relating to approval, processing and payment of staff related expenses<\/li>\n
  4. To advise management team on issues relating to industrial relations, collective bargaining and employee relations<\/li>\n
  5. Co-ordinate the administration of all re-imbursement claims with regards to welfare entitlements of employees such as medicals, funeral assistance and transport claims<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
