and build consensus around critical growth projects in the Strategic Plan building blocks;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and facilitating all Regional Strategic Planning events, including Workshops, Review meetings and recommended\/approved options for Corporate;<\/li>\n<li>Assist\u00a0 the\u00a0 Regional\u00a0 Planning\u00a0 Director\u00a0 in\u00a0 managing\u00a0 the\u00a0 internal\u00a0 reporting process that summarizes strategic planning efforts and provides the regional Strategic and Business Plan recommendations to Corporate;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate\u00a0 the\u00a0 development\u00a0 of\u00a0 and\u00a0\u00a0 development\u00a0\u00a0 of\u00a0\u00a0 the\u00a0\u00a0 regional\u00a0\u00a0 Portfolio Management Tool (PMT) and similar and further integration into the planning process;<\/li>\n<li>Subject Matter\u00a0 Expert for\u00a0 the\u00a0 Strategic Planning analytical tools.\u00a0 Requires knowledge of financial accounting, tax and project valuation modeling;<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate analytical results and\u00a0 methods to\u00a0 personnel at\u00a0 all levels of the organization both verbally and in written formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Regional Portfolio Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support major growth projects in the region throughout the study process by introducing portfolio view and \u201clayering\u201d of projects;<\/li>\n<li>Through the Regional Planning Director, collaborate with Site, Regional<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and Projects teams as well as Corporate Planning to ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of\u00a0 the Regional Planning Reporting Framework to relevantly address the information requirements of the Regional, Site as well as Corporate Leadership
