Position will be based at the customer site in\u00a0Tarkwa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Site Supervisors will be tasked with ensuring that shift maintenance is\u00a0 conducted within the required parameters for Legal requirements, Safety and Environments requirements, Maintenance and Production Performance requirements, Quality requirements and Financial limits.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to environment, health and safety programmes and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Supervise maintenance team<\/li>\n<li>Plan and schedule tasks and activities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee tasks and activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure maintenance standards are adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship between Atlas Copco and the client to the benefit of both companies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Atlas Copco complies with the signed agreement between Atlas\u00a0Copco and the clients<\/li>\n<li>Enforce Atlas Copco policies and guidelines are described in &#8220;The Way We Do Things&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high quality of service delivered by Atlas\u00a0Copco under all circumstances<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all employees in area of responsibility maintain a high ethical standard<\/li>\n<li>Coach and train staff<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good morale among all employees<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently manage the atlas Copco labour&#8217;s variable compensation<\/li>\n<li>Compile and submit monthly reports to\u00a0Atlas Copco and the client<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for workshop vehicles, plant, tools and machinery<\/li>\n<li>Drive for process improvement<\/li>\n<li>Control stock and non-stick supplies<\/li>\n<li>Report at required intervals about team performance and other agreed parameters<\/li>\n<li>Ensure good housekeeping &amp; cleanliness of the workshop and storage area<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible and accountable for all work designated within area of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Report any contraventions of standards, Legal requirements or procedures as well as health and safety hazards to immediate supervisor after he has done all that are reasonably possible to rectify the situation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all subordinates and contractors working in his area of responsibility are appointed and that all subordinates and contractor personnel are competent to carry out their duties and all machinery and equipment used by the contractors conform to the mine standard and procedures<\/li>\n<li>The proper record keeping of all work done in logbooks provided for all machinery and equipment in his area<\/li>\n<li>Keep record and report breakdowns, call-outs, spares usage etc. for all equipment in his area of responsibility and for the interest of continual condition monitoring purposes. Position will be based at the customer site in\u00a0Tarkwa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission:<br \/>\n<\/strong>These positions are responsible for the resolution of technical issues and technical training through close cooperation with the Site Coordinator and end users.
