ASA is looking for suitably qualified persons to fill the above position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Manager<\/strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission &#8211;\u00a0 specifically, support better management reporting, business process and organizational planning<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate, supervise and control all ASA savings and loans operational activities<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that report to\u00a0Bank of Ghana are submitted timely<\/li>\n<li>To develop detailed operational policies, procedures and standards and ensure compliance<\/li>\n<li>To strategically plan and budget for the company to achieve profit and branch expansion<\/li>\n<li>To ensure efficient and effective management of service delivery to the customers<\/li>\n<li>To ensure optimum utilization of the company resources and manage operational risk<\/li>\n<li>To oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization&#8217;s financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals<\/li>\n<li>To oversee the short and long-term financial and managerial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Interested in extensive field visit on regular basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potential candidates must have at least 8-10 yrs banking experience, 5 yrs of which must be at managerial position<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build a successful team<\/li>\n<li>Must possess an excellent negotiating and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage operations within\u00a0budgetary constraints<\/li>\n<li>Ability to\u00a0build and maintain a strong and effective relationship\u00a0with suppliers and customers<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical &amp;\u00a0problem solving\u00a0skills coupled with decision making ability<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and\u00a0access<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication\u00a0skills\u00a0both\u00a0verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Excellent\u00a0knowledge of banking operations, products, practices &amp; regulation of BOG and\u00a0Government<\/li>\n<li>Excellent\u00a0interpersonal skills and collaborative management\u00a0style<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must not be more than 45 years old<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education qualification:<\/strong><br \/>\nCandidate must have degreee qualification in business administration or related field;
