Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will be dedicated to excellence in the Sales &amp; Marketing department at BusyInternet.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The job and your role<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To effectively manage and promote all sales &amp; marketing activities of BusyInternet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creatively sell and market all products and services<\/li>\n<li>Develop marketing materials by using all available tools<\/li>\n<li>Promote and co-ordinate events inside and outside the company<span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Professional competencies<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a first degree in Marketing or CIM certificate or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and translating marketing strategies into successful sales programs<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of various marketing tools and techniques<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years experience in selling and \/or marketing services preferably in an IT or IT-related customer-oriented business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Personal competencies<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a Sales &amp; Marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Proven consultative skills; ability to identify client needs and link to solutions; and build beneficial business partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills, assertive, natural ability to present\/interact to diverse audience with polish and poise<\/li>\n<li>Relationship builder; people-centric, curious, determined, results-driven<\/li>\n<li>Organized and enthusiastic, with a pro-active attitude towards achieving set targets<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of personal computer software applications<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of graphic design applications<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to be judged on sales targets<span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants should CV and application letters to:<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"mailto:Wyomia@busyinternet.com\">Wyomia@busyinternet.com<\/a><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Offer valid till:\u00a014 Jul, 2013<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BusyInternet is looking for a young and dynamic individual to join its Sales team.
