Ensign College of Public Health (ECOPH)<\/strong>, with authorization (Certificate No. NAB\/AU\/0000518) from the National Accreditation Board (NAB), has been established as a new flagship private tertiary institution of Public\u00a0Health in Kpong, Ghana. ECOPH is committed to the improvement of community health and well-being of people in Ghana and beyond through competency based training of public health professionals.<\/p>\n

The College will be offering state-of-the-art training in public health leading to the Master of Public Health (MPH) degree and will be active in community-engaged public health scholarship and service. The educational programme is scheduled to begin in September 2013 with an initial student capacity of 50 per year. These are long term plans to expand to undergraduate and doctoral degree programmes in Public Health. The ECOPH is affiliated with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and\u00a0Technology (KNUST) and collaborating with the University of Utah, USA.<\/p>\n
