It began operations in 1999 and has since developed structures and strong pillars which have ensured the consistent growth of its business and brand in Ghana.\u00a0Since 2007, Stanbic Bank Ghana has expanded its branch network to almost every region in Ghana and now there are 23 branches across the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> The Role:<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a strategic business partner, the successful candidate will work closely with Line Managers to drive the achievement of<br \/>\nbusiness unit and overall Bank&#8217;s objectives through the implementation of the human resources strategy, policies and<br \/>\nprogrammes.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nPrepare human resources forecasts in consultation with business unit line managers<br \/>\nManage strategic resourcing initiatives for the business unit<br \/>\nFacilitate performance and talent management programmes in the business unit<br \/>\nWork closely with line managers to monitor capacity building intiatives that are directed to continuous on the job<br \/>\nlearning and staff career development<br \/>\nChampion and enforce the Bank&#8217;s human resources policies and procedures within the business unit<br \/>\nOversee the roll\u00adout of human resources led organizational development interventions in the business unit<\/p>\n<p><strong> Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><br \/>\nA masters degree in human resources management or industrial\/organizational psychology<br \/>\n5 years experience in human resources relationship management at a senior level, preferably in a multinational\u00a0organisation<br \/>\nGeneralist human resources expertise in strategic resourcing, performance and talent management, reward<br \/>\nmanagement, industrial relations, change management and organizational development<br \/>\nA strong business acumen and consulting ability<br \/>\nThe ability to establish relationships at all levels<br \/>\nAn overriding service\u00addelivery mentality with the ability to take a &#8216;hands\u00adon&#8217; approach to developing human resources<br \/>\ninterventions<\/p>\n<p><strong> How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested persons may e\u00admail their application letter and current Curriculum Vitae (CV) to:\u00a0<strong>recruitmentghana@stanbic.com.gh<\/strong><br \/>\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stanbic Bank Ghana is a member of the Standard Bank Group, and is a fully fledged top tier bank.
